If you are returning a product you purchased within the last 30 days, visit the XTREMEELEMENT portalto initiate your return. If you cannot complete your return through the portal please email hello@xtremeelement.com  and a member of our Experience team will assist you. We are unable to accept returns of partial sets or bundles.

Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.

Once a returned package is received at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Funds typically take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.
