Apply one ounce (about a shot glass full) over your entire body 30 minutes before heading outdoors to reduce your overall UV exposure. Apply thoroughly on all parts of your skin exposed to the sun, including the ears, back, shoulders, and the back of the knees and legs. Re-apply after every two hours of exposure and immediately after swimming or excessive sweating. Our sunblock is water-resistant for up to 40 minutes. Be careful when applying sunscreen around the eyes. Remember to wear a hat and UV-blocking sunglasses, too!
